Step 1 - A convenient way of troubleshooting your hardware issue is to go onto google and type in your error message , and if you don't have an error message type in your issue what your experience.
Step 2 - To launch the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, open the Start menu, type “Windows Memory Diagnostic”, and press Enter. You can also press Windows Key + R, type “mdsched.exe” into the Run dialog that appears, and press Enter. You'll need to reboot your computer to perform the test.
